a.) That the presentation regarding the Solid Waste Management: Cleansing Contract Management Service Delivery Contract Management Service Delivery Report: Area 2 Subcouncil 8, BE REFERRED to a Special Subcouncil Meeting in order for the official to present the item and give clarity if needed.
b.) It was requested that where officials do not attend the meetings, it be reported to the Director: Subcouncils: Area East for escalation.
