It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) event application was received from Accolade Wines South Africa – E22080004 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. E22080004, for the business Accolade Wines South Africa, BE SUPPORTED, subject to COVID-19 regulation compliance.
