RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy, Transport Planning & Network Management Department therefor indicates that implementation of traffic calming measures can only be recommended based on the condition that it can be proven that Goldsmith Road is regarded as a formal route to school to pedestrians based on proven motivation of a moderate to high pedestrian activity along the route
