It is recommended that:
a.)The Subcouncil NOTE the Public Participation Process to Obtain Comment on the Draft Operating Licences Plan (OLP) 2023 to 2028 for the City of Cape Town;
b.)That the report regarding the Public Participation Process to Obtain Comment on the Draft Operating Licences Plan (OLP) 2023 to 2028 for the City of Cape Town, BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisations Database for input/comment;
c) The Councillors SUBMIT comments on the proposals within the timeframes and methods advertised.
