Ms Megan Pangeni represented the Social Development and ECD Department. She apologised for the error on the report, stating Subcouncil 15,instead of Subcouncil 16
Councillors raised questions of clarity. Ms Pangeni advised that she will be presenting her implementation plan at the next Subcouncil Activity Day in September
