It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from THE BUSHPUB & GRILL was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 19 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22070014, for the business The Bushpub & Grill NOT BE SUPPORTED.
The application was not supported by the Land Use Department. The applicant was required to provide their previous approval / conditions of approval to the application for the pub in order to ascertain if any application was required /or if any restrictions were attached to the approval.
Until the above had been attended to and assessed by the Land Use Department, this application could not be supported.
