RESOLVED that:
a) The Progressive Capital Expenditure Report as at the end of July 2022, be submitted to Subcouncil 17 for information and noting;
b) A project managers meeting be scheduled during the first week of September;
c) Subcouncil 17 supports the transfer of project CPX.0030465-F1: Watergate Park in the amount of R125 000 from Ward 76 (Subcouncil 12) to Ward 75, where the park is geographically located;
d) Subcouncil 17 approves the changes to project titles and project scopes for the following projects:
d.1) CPX.0030468-F1 Varing Park – Netball Poles: Installation of netball poles at Varing Park
d.2) CPX.0030469-F1 Nile Park – Upgrade: Installation of gym equipment
d.3) CPX.0030464-F1 Charles Pierre Park - Upgrade: Installation of play equipment and park furniture at Charles Pierre Park
