That Subcouncil 17 approves the Parks Maintenance Projects for Ward 33, Ward 75; Ward 78 and Ward 81 to the total amount of R1 085 712 (each ward project being allocated an amount of R271 428) to be consolidated into one project scope and project schedule;

That the allocation approved on 14 July 2022 under item 17SUB3/7/2022 for the Seniors Wellness project to the amount of R100 000 be rescinded and the amount be included in the Parks Maintenance Budget for Ward 81 as per resolution 1;

That Subcouncil 17 reconfirms the decision taken on 14 July 2022 under item 17SUB3/7/2022 for the Repairs and Maintenance Mnandi Beach Resort; Parks Buddies Ward 88 and Area Cleaning Ward 43 PHA for the allocation of equal apportionments of R271 428 per project listed;

That the sub delegated meeting minute held 14 July 2022 be, noted with the additional changes approved.
