The Subcouncil Manager, Goodman Lulamile Rorwana reported that the informal settlements listed would receive services and the ward clerk are assisting to compile the list of the affected areas for submission to the Human Settlements Department. The meeting was informed that the land issue is still of concern in Ward 88

The Subcouncil Manager, Goodman Lulamile Rorwana reported that the land issue is still a challenge. A meeting was held with the Ward Cllr and Human Settlements Officials 30 May 2025 to identify all pockets that requires services within Ward 88.
Cllr Jansen requested that sites on council land should be prioritised to assist with the relocation.
