That a portion of Erf 2225 Bellville, situated off Old Oak Drive Bellville, in extent 11 152 m2 and as indicated as ABCDEFGHJKLMNP on plan 130009288v1 as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Enterprise and Investment Department, subject
to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilized for the purpose of a temporary formal market only;
-
The enterprise and Investment Departments take responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
-
That cognisance be taken of the internal branch comments listed under paragraph 9 below, where applicable;
-
The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and insurance, as applicable; and
-
That all cost related to the above be provided for by the enterprise and Investment Department.
