1. Subcouncil 12 NOTES the C3 Notification Report for April;
2. That Mr Roadwell Mpongo and the Subcouncil Manager, Mcebisi Johnson Fetu plan the site visit to inspect the vandalised substations in Subcouncil 12;
3. That officials who are unable to attend Subcouncil meeting, to send a representative to speak to the item on their behalf;
