That the Subcouncil support the list of neighbourhoods identified in their area of jurisdiction where small-scale rental units can be considered as part of an overlay zone.

That Bothasig and Marconi Beam be removed from the proposed list on page 312 of the agenda.

That the following proposals be submitted to the office of Mr. Rudman:
Joe Slovo Park, Phoenix, Summer Greens and Du Noon.
