In view of the above, it is RECOMMENDED that:

Subcouncil 17 SUPPORT the motion to revisit a previous motion submitted in 2008 to Subcouncil 12 to rezone a section of the Mitchell’s Plain sports fields for housing opportunities, office and business zoning;
b. That the outcome of the pilot project undertaken at Lwandle be, communicated to Subcouncil 17.
