c.) All items within the departments main work centres be investigated to ensure that the items are still relevant.
d.) Service notifications for Electricity’s internal processes not be used to monitor performance in attending to open service notifications.
e.) That the report regarding Service Request Notifications reportfor Subcouncil 8 as at 31 July 2022, BE ACCEPTED.
