RECOMMENDED that,
the lease of portion of public street, erf 754 Scarborough situated at Hill Top Road, Scarborough, shown lettered ABCD on the attached plan 130007912 marked annexure A, in extent approximately 66.1 m², to Christopher Weylandt Family Trust, or their successors in title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions that:

A tariff rental of R566, 09 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

The lease will endure for a period of 10 years with an option to renew for a further period of ten (10) years;

The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

The property be used gardening and security purposes only;

Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
Further RESOLVED that,

The erf number of the subject property be included in all future property lease reports.
