Resolution detail

RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that the report on the  Proposed Lease of Portions of City Owned Land, Being Portions  Erven 2315, 2316, 2326, 2327 and 5282 Kraaifontein 9^th Avenue, Kraaifontein Duiwe verening for Sporting Purposes BE NOT SUPPORTED for the following reasons set out below.
 

1. That the Property Management  department ,in conjunction with the Planning department, do a proper investigation on the report, Proposed Lease of Portions of City Owned Land, Being Portions  Erven 2315, 2316, 2326, 2327 nd 5282 Kraaifontein 9^th Avenue, Kraaifontein Duiwe verening for Sporting Purposes due to the erven that are occupied with 3 additional buildings situated on it;
2. That an assessment be done on the buildings to determine whether it is approved and adhere to all regulations.
3. That two separate reports be compiled addressing the current circumstances of neglect of the buildings as well as the erected Telecommunication pole and income of R10 000 obtained from it.
