It was RESOLVED that

Councillor Helen Jacobs would attend the Management Board Meetings of the Maitland City Improvement District as the political representative;

Councillor Riad Davids would attend the Management Board Meetings of the Maitland City Improvement District as the alternate;

The Chief Whip in consultation with the Executive Mayor will effect the appointment by the Executive Mayor in terms of the Special Ratings Area By-Law.
