* A meeting was held with Heritage WC and the line department, where a conditional assessment was completed and a report, on the critical repairs and maintenance required, was submitted to Heritage WC
* The development of a Master Plan will be actioned internally as the department has sufficient resources and capacity to do the plan, which will look at the future use and upgrade for a long-term solution
* The department needs to look at engaging with the Friends of Sea Point Pavilion group to potentially assist with the funding requirements
* Once approved the critical maintenance will be prioritised.
