The Chairperson addressed the item.
Ald Thompson said that she appreciates the feedback from the Subcouncil Manager and mentioned that this process started in 2021 and we are in 2025, and nothing has happened. The officials give different timelines and would like to get feedback from the officials regarding a definite timeline.
Mr. Daniels noted the comments and will request the information from the officials.

The Chairperson addressed the item.
Ald Thompson said that she received communication yesterday from the officials and she is not very happy with this report. The timeline starts on the 16th of July 2025 with the project to be completed on the 17th of June 2026. She said that in the previous report it was stated in 2021 that a service provider was appointed and now they are saying the process is starting now, which shows that the Subcouncil has been misled.
She would like an urgent meeting with the Line Department to address the issue.
Cllr McKenzie agreed with Ald Thompson that an urgent meeting should be arranged to resolve the issues as soon as possible to close this matter.
