RESOLVED that the application for extension of liquor trading hours in respect of: Modular Bar, The Basement, 34-36 Riebeeck Street, Cape Town On Consumption: 02:00-04:00 is
NOT SUPPORTED, as it does not comply with the criteria included in the City of Cape Town: Control of undertakings that Sell Liquor to the Public, By-Law, 2013 in terms of the following:
On the 19th June, Jacquelene Petersen, Principal Environmental Health Practitioner noted that during an assessment that they are not in compliance with the Tobacco Products Control Regulations, and
It was noted in an email from Captain Du Plessis, SAPS FLASH Commander at Cape Town Central that on Saturday 30th April 2022, he visited this venue after 02h30 and found that they were trading well past their allowed trading hours and had notified WCLA with a report regarding that.
