Resolution detail
RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that:
1) the granting of rights to the applicant as listed and for the area as set out, in Annexure A attached to the report, namely,Mischu, Rainbow Food Market, When I am Weak Juice & Coffee Bar, Emporio Milano (Pty) Ltd – Micaffé, The Private Chef Works – Grub & Vine, Olimp (Pty) Ltd - Waiters Lounge, Syraspark T/A Slug and Lettuce, Kokob Semyen (Pty) Ltd - Schwarma Café, Blue Route Steakhouse (Pty) Ltd T/A Rocomamas, Balena Blu or its successors in-title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions:

At a market rental as proposed by the valuations branch (see Annexure B), with an 6% escalation per annum from date of valuation i.e as from 2021/07/14.

The lease will endure for a period of 3 years.

The properties will be used for tables and chairs purpose only.

Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority.

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements.

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.

All outstanding accounts with the City of Cape Town must be settled.
