RECOMMENDED that
 
Erf 1387 Kuils River situated at the corner of Van Riebeeck Road and Dumas Street, Kuils River, in extent 992m² and indicated ABCD on Plan 130008735 attached as Annexure “A” to the report, be reserved for the Law Enforcement Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of Specialised Services only;
2. The Law Enforcement Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable.
4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Law Enforcement Department.
