That a follow-up be made with the Director, Dr Mdunyelwa & Mr Hugo all the multi-ward plan of Area East, especially the Upgrade of Security project, the CCTV cameras where it will be installed.

The Subcouncil follow-up with Andre van Niekerk of Human Settlements Department as to when will the top structures commence and when the next PSC meeting will be on the Macassar Housing Project in Ward 109.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of August 2021 be submitted to your Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
