That Subcouncil 3 supports and recommends to Council that the unallocated amount of R61 774 forthcoming from 2020/21 capital balances, be allocated to an existing 2021/22 Ward Allocation project, CPX.0021739-F1 Sidewalk Construction - Ward 4, thereby increasing the budget from R240 000 to R301 774.

That the 2021/22 budget amendments be included in the January 2022 Adjustment Budget.
