It is recommended that:

Subcouncil 8 supports and recommends to Council that the unallocated amount R12 744 forthcoming from 2020/21 capital balances, be allocated to an existing 2021/22 Ward Allocation project, CPX.0020966-F1 Upgrade Parks - Ward 100, thereby increasing the budget from R200 000 to R212 744; and
b. The 2021/22 budget amendments be included in the January 2022 Adjustment Budget.
