It is recommended that:
a.)That the report regarding the Public Participation on the Draft Sport Assets Management Policy, BE NOTED.
b.)That the report regarding the Public Participation on the Draft Sport Assets Management Policy BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisational Database for input/comment.
c.)That comments, recommendations or input BE SUBMITTED to the municipality within the prescribed timeframes as advertised.
