Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, advised the meeting that phase 2 of the Humanitarian Relief Project was the issuing of food parcels to the needy in the communities within Subcouncil 20.
It was mandatory that Subcouncils provide a report on the expenditure and the beneficiaries of the HRP on a monthly basis.
