Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from I Love Coffee, Erf 57140, 103 Garfield Road, Garfield Centre, Claremont, for the sale of liquor for Consumption On Premises ref No. LLA21080043, Not Be Supported, for the following reason:

The applicant to provide further information regarding the size of the restaurant and related on-site parking provision, with reference to the Standard Areas Parking Requirements in item 137 of the MPBL.
