RESOLVED
Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from BP Rosmead/PnP Express Rosmead Grocers’ Wine, Erf 65273, Cnr Rosmead and Wetton Roads, Kenilworth for the sale of liquor for consumption off Premises Ref No. LLA21080052, be supported, subject to the following:

That a security guard be employed and placed on duty outside this premises during the times when Pick n Pay Express is open for business.
