Resolution detail

1. The summary schedule of service request notification for Subcouncil 8, BE NOTED.

2. The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.

3. All items within the departments’ main work centres be investigated to ensure that the items are still relevant.

4. Service notifications for Electricity’s internal processes not be used to monitor performance in attending to open Service notifications.

5. That the departments BE TASKED to action items older than 90 days as at 31 August 2021 by 31 December 2021.

6. That the list of reinstatements for repairs and completion BE CIRCULATED.

7. That the report regarding Service Request Notification report for Subcouncil 8 as at 31 August 2021 BE ACCEPTED.
