RESOLVED that the proposed lease of City land being a portion of public passage, a portion of erf 95 and 96 Green Point, situated at Springbok Road, Green Point, for gardening and security purposes: Justin Rohloff BE DEFERRED to:
1) include omitted information in the report.
2) Schedule a meeting with Alderman James Vos: Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Opportunities and Asset
Management, to discuss this matter.

RESOLVED that:
a) the lease of portion of Public Passage, being a portion of erf 95 and 96 Green Point situated at Springbok Road, Green Point shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the plan STC 3687 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 39m², to Justin Rohloff, owner of Erf 2079, BE REMOVED and await a new application.
b) Roads Department advise Subcouncil 16 of the outcome regarding the legal action on this application.
c) items 10 & 11/10/2022 be merged as one (1) item on the Matters Receiving Attention list.
