That Subcouncil 18 NOTES the Presentation: Four(4) City of Cape Town Housing Developments: Edward Avenue, Ward 66; Pelican Park Phase 2,Ward 67;Vrygrond,Ward 67 and Retreat, Ward 110;

That Councillors conduct a site visit to the various housing developments in the City of Cape Town to explore different typologies;
