Resolution detail

Subcouncil 6 supported and noted the report and recommended to the Director: Property Management that Erf 4941 Bellville, in extent 496 m², indicated as ABCD on Plan 130008422v1, attached as Annexure “A” to the report, be reserved for the Auxiliary Services branch of the Water and Sanitation Department, subject to the following conditions:

a) The subject property shall be utilized as office space, and the Water and
      Sanitation Department shall be responsible to comply with any land use and/or
      legislation related to the utilization of the land;
b) The Water and Sanitation Department accepts full responsibility for the
      general management and maintenance of the facility and land;
c) The said Department takes cognizance and agree to comply with the internal
      branch comments listed under Paragraph 8 below, as is applicable;
d) That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Water and Sanitation
      Department.                     .
