RESOLVED

That the proposed project be included to Council in the 2021/22 January Adjustment Budget.

That Council grants authority to disburse the funds as allocated.

It was agreed by all that the savings of R85 875 be split between Ward 15 and Ward 84 on the following projects in Ward 15 in Lourensia Park Green Belt and Monte Vista Park and in Ward 84 on hardening of sidewalks in Derrick Drive.

If funding is not enough for the project in Ward 84 then the entire amount can be allocated to Ward 15.
