Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:

The Subcouncil NOTES the Public Participation Plan for the proposed amendment to the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Policy (2017) to be renamed to the City Improvement District Improvement District Policy (Annexure A);

The Subcouncil consider commenting on the proposed amendment to the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Policy (2017) to be renamed to the City Improvement District Improvement District Policy (Annexure B).
