Resolution detail

It is recommended that:
a) Subcouncil and Ward Plans for 2021/2022, as attached to the report, BE ADOPTED by Subcouncil.

b) The Subcouncil and Ward Plans be assessed and reviewed on a quarterly basis as well as to monitor progress.

c) The Subcouncil and Ward Plans be forwarded to Line Departments to ensure that it be accommodated in their business plans for 2021/2022.

Ald Sitonga requested that the maintenance plan presented to activity day be included in the Annexures.

RESOLVED

That the report be adopted by Subcouncil 09 .
