Mr Daniels gave an opportunity to Mr January to explain the report.
Mr January said that the report is for noting and he will attend to any questions.
Cllr Bafo noted the report supported by Cllr Ngxumza.
There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
RESOLVED
It is recommended that the 2020/21 Ward Allocation Projects Review BE ADOPTED and submitted to Council in terms of clause 13.1 of ward allocation policy approved by Council on 29 January 2014.
