RESOLVED

That Subcouncil 13 RESCINDS the decision to recommend Ikamva Labanthu Charitable Trust to distribute humanitarian relief taken in the previous meeting held on the 15 April 2021;

That Peninsula Feeding School Association and Nine Miles Project be engaged separately, to determine which of the organisations can distribute food parcels in the wards of Subcouncil 13 and be prepared to work with the subsidiary organization, Beautiful Gate South Africa;

That, depending on which organization will have the capability to provide the humanitarian relief through distributing food parcels in Ward 34; 35; 36; 80 and 88 and the consideration to work with Beautiful Gate SA, the Subcouncil 13 Manager ensures that the administrative and compliance processes are effected.
