Activity Day Meeting – 6 October 2021
Jade Philander the SPO/Planner for the area requested Cllr Isaacs to indicate the passage ways of concern so that they can give it specific attention because they are currently busy with a rationalisation programme of undeveloped parks or passage ways or even developed parks to be disposed of.
RESOLVED
The Subcouncil to follow-up with Cllr Isaacs if he has provided the names of the areas that need to be closed off to Jade Philander’s attention.
That the item REMAINS on the MRA’s.

MATTERS RECEIVING ATTENTION - WARD 109
The Subcouncil Manager explained that Ward 109 was previously part of Subcouncil 24 and therefore all the matters receiving attention was carried over to Subcouncil 21. Cllr Helfrich, the ward councillor of ward 109 said that these matters can be dealt with directly with the line departments and therefore proposed that it be closed. |
