the current public participation process to obtain comments on proposed categories of contraventions to which sections130(2) and (3) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (MPBL) do not apply be NOTED;

the Subcouncil submit any comments on the proposals within the timeframes and methods advertised.
