It recommends that:

Subcouncil 10 SUPPORT and ENDORSE the allocation of R 1.5 Million to the Neighbourhood Watch Safety Improvement Project and its implementation programme in 2021/2022 financial year.
Subcouncil 10 SUPPORT and ENDORSE the allocation of R 400 000 (Four Hundred Thousand Rand) to the development of Spine Road Corridor Public Investment Framework project and its implementation programme in 2021/2022 financial year.
The Mayoral Urban Regeneration Programme of the department of urban management Area East be the project managers of this project and provide hands-on technical support during the implementation of these projects.
