RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 notes the current public participation process to obtain comments on proposed categories of contraventions to which Sections 130(2) and (3) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015 (MPBL) do not apply.

Subcouncil 20 requests that cognisance be taken of the comments in the discussion.
