a) The Subcouncil Manager request written feedback from Conrad Frehse on the clean-up operations at the Silvermine wetlands area to the Subcouncil.

the question from the floor be NOTED.
An onsite meeting be arranged with the Subcouncil members, Social Development, Solid Waste, Law Enforcement, Roads and Recreation & Parks to discuss the way forward around the concerns of the Lower Silvermine Wetlands Area.
