It be noted that the Ward Councillor in Ward 70, declined the funds in the amount of R129,310 and that the amount of R129,310 be divided into the remaining wards, as follows:
Ward 1 received an additional amount of R25,000
Ward 4 received an additional amount of R25,000
Ward 5 received an additional amount of R29,310
Ward 107 received an additional amount of R25,000
Ward 113 received an additional amount of R25,000

Ikamva Labantu Charitable Trust, Ladles of Love, Mustadafin Foundation and Peninsula School Feeding Association BE SUPPORTED to render the Humanitarian Relief Programme in Subcouncil 3 as indicated in the table below:

That revised business and project plans as per the agreed terms be obtained from Ladles of Love; Mustadafin Foundation and Peninsula School Feeding Association once Council approval has been obtained.
