Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:

It is RECOMMENDED that the motion submitted by Ald Stuart Pringle BE SUPPORTED and that the Subcouncil request a report from the City of Cape Town on progress regarding the alternative placement of the positioning of the refuse skip container in Mission Street which is a breeding ground for rats and a fire hazard to local residents of the Informal Settlement known as Stoffpad, Sir Lowry’s Pass.

Mover: Ald Stuart Pringle and seconded by Cllr Danile Khatswha and Cllr Xolisa Ngwekazi with no objections to the motion.
