Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation.

It is recommended that Area East: Subcouncil 24 RECOMMEND that:

Jabulani (ward 15, 84 & 109,) Ikamva labantu, Children Resource Centre, & Iliso Care Society (ward 95 & 96) render the Humanitarian Relief Programme in Subcouncil 24.

The provisions of food parcels to individual households within in wards 15, 84, 95, 96 & 109 BE APPROVED.

It BE NOTED that each food parcel may not exceed R400 per household.
