For notification by all Subcouncils.

That the Subcouncil arrange a meeting with Mr Lekay of Roads Department, the Chairperson and Cllr Victor Isaacs to discuss the issues of the perception of preferential types of service delivery.

That a broader service delivery plan by Urban Management be submitted to the Subcouncil to see exactly what is happening and how does it interface with the existing C3’s.

That the Roads Department arrange the training session for Subcouncil 24 to see how their system works.

That it be taken up with Urban Management Directorate as they have the broader mandate to deal with service delivery as they would be able to interface as to how the Depot and the Call Centre interact and the need for better communication.
