It is recommended that Area Central: Subcouncil 17 recommend that:

Community Women Action renders the Humanitarian Relief Programme in Subcouncil.

The provisions of food parcels to individual households within wards 48, 49 and 60 BE APPROVED.
It BE NOTED that each food parcel may not exceed R400 per household
