Subcouncil 20 supports that the Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) render the Humanitarian Relief Programme – Phase 2 in Subcouncil 20.

Subcouncil 20 endorses its support that the provision of food parcels to individual households within Subcouncil 20 be approved.

Subcouncil 20 notes that each food parcel may not exceed R400 per household.
