Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Liquor (3 Arts Village), Erf 78806, Cnr Francis Road and Main Road, 3 Arts Village, Plumstead, for the sale of liquor for Consumption Off Premises, Ref No LLA21030015, be conditionally supported, subject to the approval of the building plans and granting of the occupation certificate.
